TASTY RECIPE 🥗🥘😍HOW TO PREPARE VEGETABLE SOUP.

Hello guys, it's been a while since I last made a comment or even post on Steemit.

Life is said to be full of ups and downs.
I have been away because alot of things has been happening around me lately, both depressing and entertaining, but, that's a story for another day.

I want to share a simple recipe on how to prepare vegetables soup. The vegetable can be of any kind, pumpkin leaf, water leaf, bitter leaf, spinach or any other green leaf.

INGREDIENTS

1. Vegetable leaf.(Washed and Chopped)
2. Fresh fish. ( Seasoned)
3. Stock fish ( Seasoned)
4. Dry fish. ( Seasoned)
5. Locust beans ( Picked)
6. Pepper mix blend( Chili, bell pepper and onion)
7. Assorted meat
8. Palm oil.
9. Onions (Diced)
10. Salt and Seasonings.

Directions

1. Place your clean pot on medium low heat and allow to dry.
2. Add your palm oil, when hot, add your diced onions.
3. Add the pepper mix after few seconds and stir.
4. After few minutes, add your locust beans, dry fish, stock fish, fresh fish, assorted meat, stir and allow to cook for few minutes.
5. Check and taste for salt and seasonings.
6. Allow the pepper to be well fried, then add your washed vegetable, turn and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
7. Serve hot when ready.
