Pasta and Noodles A food rich in cereal and sugar is a calorie diet.

Ingredients:
7 ounces steam fried Chinese noodles
6 slices ginger
2 stalks green onions (cut in 1-inch strips)
3 tablespoons oil
Sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Bearings
Place noodles in some salted bubbling water. Cook 1-2 minutes. Mix periodically.
Deplete and dry.
Warmth oil in wok or frypan until smoking hot.
Include ginger and onion mix for 30 seconds.
Include noodles and broil for 5 minutes over med warm.
Include sauce, and blend until covered.
Serve hot or chilly.
In some cases I include some julienned carrots or broccoli to this.
