Traditional food of burnt cassava
Good night steemit friends, tonight I will post about the roasted cassava. This cassava I get when I clean the back garden. Cassava is a food containing carbohydrates. In certain areas cassava used as staple food substitute for rice or rice. But cassava can also be processed into hundreds of delicious snack foods with a simple, easy, fast and cheap process. Before burning cassava we need to prepare firewood, after firewood becomes new charcoal cassava placed in the charcoal. This combustion process can take place between 7-15 depending on the size of the fire and the heat generated. Good combustion will make the cassava mature thoroughly and without a severe burn.
Once cooked first clean the cassava from the remnants of the soil still attached. Cassava skin let alone do not have peeled. Making a cassava burn will be easier if using a stove or place I used to be called hawu. But if using a campfire is also not a problem. Fire sources should come from natural materials such as wood or bamboo, make sure no plastic materials are burned. This is very important, because it will impact on the taste of cassava fuel later.
