Rice
Rice (Latin: Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most important cultivation plants in civilization. Although mainly refers to the type of cultivated plants, rice is also used to refer to several species of the same genus, commonly referred to as wild rice. Rice is thought to have originated from India or Indochina and entered Indonesia brought by an ancestor who migrated from the Asian mainland around 1500 BC. [1]
