THE RECIPES.
Prepared materials:
Chili / small ± 5 pieces
red chili ± 10 pieces
Onion ± 3 cloves (peeled clean)
Garlic 2 cloves (peeled clean)
Lime 1 piece
Terasi ± 5 pieces (adjusted)
Red Sugar ± 1 tablespoon (adjusted)
Salt ± ½ teaspoon (adjusted)
Cooking oil to taste (for sauteing)
HOW TO MAKE :
Wash thoroughly all ingredients such as cayenne pepper, red pepper, garlic and onion.
Prepare the pan, heat the cooking oil and then fry the ingredients such as cayenne pepper, red pepper, garlic, onion, and also shrimp paste.
Fry until wilted, not to burn and then lift.
Next prepare the ulekan and enter all the ingredients that have been fried earlier, add also brown sugar and salt.
Tear off all ingredients until it becomes chili.
Try to taste the sambal and add the ingredients if there is less.
