Need For Sleep
It is currently past 2:00am right now and I am not even a tiny bit sleepy. Sleeping this late has recently become a bad habit unfortunately.
I get somewhere between 4-7 hours of sleep each time, which I think is not bad, but definitely has room for improvement. I would like to get an average of 6-8 hours each night.
I work from home as an online tutor and my shift doesn't start until 3pm so I always have extra time to sleep in. Maybe I should switch my schedule to morning to have an excuse to get up early and therefore sleep earlier, too.
If you have any tips for me on how to get better quality good-night rest, naturally, (no meds involved) feel free to share.
