Streptococcus bacteria is one of the genera of nonmotil bacteria, where it contains positive gram cells, rounded, oval, or short chain, and paired. This one bacteria does not form spores. These bacteria can be found in many parts of the human mouth, in the human intestine, and in some animal species. There is also a kind used for fermenting foods and beverages. However, for pathogenic streptococcus bacteria, some can cause pneumonia, meningitis, necrotizing fasciitis, erysipelas, throat disease, and endocarditis.
This bacterium is a type of harmful bacteria responsible for many cases of pneumonia, or severe pneumonia, which has been found in many cases throughout the world. This one killer bacterium is also rated responsible for the main cause of meningitis, aka meningitis. Basically, every human being has some of these bacteria in their respiratory system. However, when the human immune system is being disturbed, this one bacteria will turn into a group of deadly bacteria, and has the potential to kill infected humans.
