Legend of Assessing Sanchez Trying Too Hard at Man United
In the winter transfer market of 2018, Alexis Sanchez made a controversial decision. Yes, the Chilean national team players decided to cross to Manchester United which incidentally rivals Arsenal in the domestic arena.
Not only that, the other surprising thing is that Sanchez himself is actually firmer rumored to be joining rivals Man City, namely Manchester City. Even had word got out that there is already an agreement between Sanchez and Josep Guardiola-Man City manager.
But instead of uniformed Man City, Sanchez actually accepted the offer to join the Red Devils. But in return, Man United management must be willing to give a salary of 500 thousand pounds or approximately Rp 9, 5 billion per week to Sanchez.
Which makes Sanchez the most expensive player in Premier League history. Although salaried with outstanding nominal, Sanchez's performance is not very promising since join Man United.
Counting in six matches that have been passed with Man United, Sanchez was able to donate each goal and assists for Jose Mourinho's team. Knowing the conditions that made former United Man, Andy Cole, also commented.
Cole judged that Sanchez was trying too hard to look fabulous with Man United. Cole also suggested that Sanchez was not too hasty to be able to adapt to Man United's style of play, which is very different than Arsenal.
"Alexis Sanchez is one of the greatest players I've ever seen in the Premier League. I think sometimes when you try too hard to impress other people, give too much, "said Cole, as adapted from Talksport on Thursday (3/22/2010).
"In fact, things like that can actually be a boomerang for yourself. Arsenal play in a different way with United anyhow you see it, "continued the British man.
