Pepes Patin bumbu kuning

Bahan :

2 ekor ikan patin
(700gr), potong2 jadi 3 bagian
5 buah belimbing wuluh, iris
(saya ganti tomat)
daun pisang, untuk membungkus
lidi, untuk menyemat

Bumbu Halus :

12 butir bawang merah
9 siung bawang putih
1 ruas lengkuas
4 butir kemiri
2 ruas kunyit
2 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdt kaldu bubuk

Langkah Memasak :

• Campur ikan patin dengan bumbu. marinasi ± 30 menit.
• Kemudian ambil ikan. Letakkan ikan di atas daun pisang, tutup ikan dengan bumbunya. Tambahkan potongan belimbing wuluh/tomat. Bungkus, sematkan lidi dikedua ujung daun.
• Kukus di dalam dandang panas hingga ikan matang ± 20 menit. Angkat. Sajikan hangat lebih nikmat.
