Soto kepala & kaki ayam kampung
Bahan :
- 4 Kepala & 8 kaki ayam kampung.
Bumbu halus :
- 3 siong besar b.putih
- 3 bh kemiri
- seruas kunyit
- seruas jahe
- 2 btng sere, geprek
- 1 sdt merica bubuk
- 3 lbr daun jeruk
- 2 btng daun bawang, iris
- 1 btng seladri, iris
- Bawang goreng, garam, kaldu jamur ,semua secukupnya.
Cara:
- Cuci bersih kepala n kaki ayam, ptong2 jika mau, lalu rebus. (banyaknya air dikira / sesuai selere sberapa bnyak kuah yg diinginkan)
2.Tumis bumbu halus yg agak lama sampai benar2 tanak, tumis jg sere. - Masukkan bumbu yg sdh ditumis kedalam panci yg berisi rebusan kepala n kaki ayam, beri grm ,merica bubuk, kaldu jamur.
4.Pastikan kepala n kaki ayam sdh empuk, masukkan daun jeruk, daun bawang n seladri, cicipi rasa matikan. Sajikan dgn taburan b.goreng, sambel, n perasan jeruk nipis.
