Udang bakar madu

BAHAN:

  • 1 kilogram udang galah segar.
  • 250 gram saus tiram.
  • 2 sendok teh penyedap rasa.
  • 500 gram saus sambal.
  • 6 sendok makan madu.
  • 2 sendok teh garam.

CARA MEMBUAT:

  • Pertama cuci bersih udang galah, buang kotorannya.
  • Kemudian buat udang seperti layaknya satai.
  • Lumuri udang dengan campuran bumbu saus tiram, penyedap rasa,
    saus sambal, garam, dan madu.
  • Diamkan selama 15 menit supaya bumbu meresap ke dalam.
  • Setelah bumbu meresap, goreng sebentar udang yang sudah dilumuri
    bumbu, hingga setengah matang, angkat, tiriskan.
  • Panggang atau bakar udang, dan lumuri kembali dengan madu hingga matang
  • Setelah itu, angkat dan hidangkan di atas piring saji.
