Pudding Lapis Ubi Unggu
Bahan A
240 gram ubi unggu
250 ml air
Bahan B
150 gram gula
40 gram SKm
750 ml air
1 bks agar swallow
1 sdt garam
Bahan C
90 gram manisan Kolang kaling (iris tipis)
290 gram Pepaya (iris kotak, atau sesuai selera)
5 buah Biskuit mari susu
Cara Membuat ;
👒 Siapkan semua bahan, kupas ubi unggu lalu rebus sampai empuk air nya jangan dibuang saya gunakan sebagai pewarna unggu.
👒 Blender ubi unggu lalu sisihkan.
👒 campur semua bahan A dan bahan B (kecuali SKM) masak sampai mendidih, setelah mendidih matiin kompor dan masukkan skm aduk rata.
👒 Tuang pudding 3 sendok sayur ke cetakan lalu masukkan ke kulkas supaya mengeras, setelah itu tata bahan C secara bergantian pepaya lalu tuang 2 sendok sayur secara perlahan lalu kulkasin lagi, lapisan berikutnya tata biskuit mari lalu tuang pudding, kulkasin lagi, trus tata manisan Kolang kaling tuang pudding kulkasin lagi, tata pepaya tuang pudding lalu kulkasin, terakhir tuang sisa puding lalu biarkan mengeras.
👒 Setelah mengeras baru keluarkan dari cetakan siap dinikmati deh.
