STRESS

Stress has both positive and negative effects. While it can inspire you to do your best, when you are constantly under stress, your mind and body would definitely pay the price.

A lot of people are under pressure to achieve a lot of things which are under their capacity.

I see them in different perspectives (social, physical, mental, social and emotional). For instance:

Social stress
Some introverts force themselves to associate with people. In the bid to do this, they would not only change from who they really are, they would also stress themselves in the process of doing this.

Physical stress
Some people who don't like their body shape suffer from low self esteem, and as a result of that, some would decide to start eating less, disassociate themselves from the society, put there body under stress by exercising way too much. This could be very stressful.

Mental stress
Not everyone should go to school. I am not trying to be judgemental. The truth is that we are not all wired the same way, and while some people would prosper through their academic line, others won't.

Some would attend lectures regularly and read a lot, but they might not understand anything. At the end of the day, their going to school would just be a waste of time.

Emotional stress
A lot of people long for things they can't get. Sometimes, they become addicted to it and if care is not taken, depression sets in.

Then the person would become unhappy, moody and would get angry at any slight provocation, which would make them suffer more.

Financial stress
This set would do more than they can in order to live the lives of their dreams.

They would love to buy cars, build houses, spoil their loved ones silly and travel around the world even when their account balance is zero.

Some would even go as far as using illegal means to get what they want and would land themselves in trouble at the end of the day.

Unnecessary stress
Some men put themselves under pressure when they meet a lady they like. In the bid to impress them, they would tell lies and probably get themselves into trouble.

Note that doing more than you can, and stretching yourself out so thin cannot lead to something positive.

So even though while working under stress sometimes, you might become energetic and get your work done faster, if care is not taken, it could burn you out very fast and lead to other health complications.

Note that as humans, we have a lot of problems on ground. Do your best, but don't allow it stress you
