Puding Lumut Pandan
Bahan-bahan
1 bungkus agar2 plain(swallow)
10 lembar daun pandan
9 sdm gula pasir(sesuai selera)
1 bungkus santan kara uk.kecil dicampur air 200ml
600 ml Air
1 saset susu krimer putih
1 butir telur
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
Langkah
Cuci bersih pandan, potong-potong lalu blender dengan air 600ml.
Saring jus pandannya:
Campurkan semua bahan sampai rata lalu masak sampai mendidih biarkan santan sampai pecah jangan sering diaduk.
Matikan api,, biarkan sebentar sampai uap panasnya hilang,, lalu tuang pada cetakan.
Masukan kulkas 30menit, siap disajikan,, dinikmati dingin lebih nikmat..
