အလုပ္မွာ Step up လုပ္တာကို သိတဲ့သူလည္း ရွိႏိုုင္သလို
မသိေသးတဲ့သူလည္း ရွိနိုုင္လို႔ Step up အေၾကာင္းကို
နည္းနည္းေလး ရွင္းပါမယ္။ Step up ဆိုတာ အဓိက
ဒီေနရာမွာ ဆိုလိုခ်င္တာက ေရွ႕ထြက္ျပီး အခြင့္အေရးကို
ယူႏိုုင္တာ/ယူရဲတာကို ေျပာတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ေဘာလံုးအသင္း
နဲ႔ ဥပမာေပးပါမယ္။ ေဘာလံုးအသင္းမွာ နာမည္ၾကီးကစား
ပြဲထြက္ကစားသမားေတြရွိၾကတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အေရးၾကီး
တဲ့အခ်ိန္က်မွ အဓိက ကစားသမား တစ္ေယာက္ ဒဏ္ရာ
ရသြားတယ္။ ဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ နည္းျပက လူငယ္အသင္း ၊
အရန္အသင္းက ကစားသမားေတြကို ၾကည့္ျပီး ေရြးပါေတာ့
တယ္။ဒီလို အခြင့္အေရးမ်ိဳးရဖို႔ အပတ္တကုတ္ အျမဲၾကိဳးစား
ေနတဲ့ကစားသမားေတြ ရွိတတ္သလို ဒီလို အခြင့္အေရး
ၾကံဳခ်ိန္မွာမၾကိဳးစားထားခဲ့လို႔ ေရြးခ်ယ္မခံရတဲ့ ကစားသမား
ေတြလည္းရွိတတ္ပါတယ္။
အလုပ္မွာလည္း ဒီသေဘာတရားမ်ိဳး ရွိတတ္ပါတယ္။ အလုပ္
မွာ တိုးတက္ခ်င္ရင္၊ ဘဝမွာ တိုးတက္ခ်င္ရင္ မိမိကိုုယ္ကိုယ္
Ready ျဖစ္ေနေအာင္ အျမဲ ၾကိဳးစားျပီး အခြင့္အေရးရရင္
ေရွ႕ထြက္ရဲရပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုမွ မဟုတ္ရင္ ဘယ္ေတာ့မွ ေရွ႕ေရာက္
မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ငါက သာမန္ဝန္ထမ္းပဲဘာမွ အပိုလုပ္စရာ
မလုိပါဘူး။ ငါလုပ္စရာရွိတာ လုပ္ျပီး အိမ္ျပန္မယ္။ ေဘာ့စ္က
အသစ္အဆန္းေတြ ခိုင္းရင္လည္း မလုပ္တတ္ဘူးျငင္းမယ္။
အဲ့ဒီ Mindset က လူတစ္ေယာက္ကို ဝန္ထမ္းဘဝမွာပဲ
အျမဲရွိေစမယ့္ Mindset ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မိမိက အခ်ိန္တိုင္း
ၾကိဳးစား သင္ယူေနရမွာ ျဖစ္ျပီး ေဘာ့စ္က လိုအပ္ခ်ိန္မွာ
ေရွ႕ထြက္ျပီး အခြင့္အေရးကို မိမိရရ ယူႏိုုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရပါမယ္။
တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ အရည္အခ်င္းရွိရဲ့သားနဲ႔ အလုပ္မွာ Step up
မလုပ္ရဲတဲ့ လူမ်ိဳးေတြ ေတြ႔ဖူးခဲ့တယ္။ သူတို႔မွာ အလုပ္တစ္ခု
ကို ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာလုပ္ႏုုိင္တဲ့ အရည္အေသြးရွိတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္
သူတို႔ကို ၾကီးၾကီးမားမား တာဝန္တစ္ခုေပးဖို႔ ၾကိဳးစားတဲ့အခါ
အဲ့ဒီတာဝန္ကို ယူဖို႔ဝန္ေလးတတ္ၾကတယ္။ သူတို႔ေနထိုင္တဲ့
Comfort Zone ေလးထဲမွာပဲ ေနခ်င္တယ္။ အခ်ိဳ႕ကလည္း
အဲ့ဒီလို ေအးေဆးေနရတာေလးကိုပဲသေဘာက်ေနတတ္
ၾကတာရွိပါတယ္။ ဒါက လူတစ္မိ်ဳးေပါ့။ ေနာက္တစ္မ်ိဳးက
တကယ္ကိုု မလုပ္တတ္တာ။ သင္ယူျခင္း မရွိပဲတာဝန္ေက်ရံု
သာ လုပ္ခဲ့ေတာ့ Confidence က မရွိဘူး။ Confidence
မရွိေတာ့ အခြင့္အေရးရေတာင္ မယူရဲဘူး ျဖစ္ေနတတ္ပါတယ္။
အခြင့္အေရးဆိုတာ Ready ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့သူနဲ႔ပဲ ညားတာ
မ်ားပါတယ္။ ဘဝမွာ အခြင့္အေရး မရတာလား....အခြင့္
အေရးရတိုင္း ကိုယ္က အရည္အခ်င္း မမီျဖစ္ေနတာလား၊
အခြင့္အေရးရတိုင္း ကိုယ္က ေၾကာက္ေနတာလား.......။
