ေဗာက္ေပ်ာက္ေစေသာ နည္းလမ္းမ်ား
ေဗာက္ထျခင္းနဲ့ ယားယံျခင္းအတြက္ အလြယ္ကုထံုးမ်ား

ေသြ့မႈိစြဲျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ေဗာက္ထေလ့ရွိၾကပါတယ္္။ ေခါင္းေပၚမွာ အျဖဴအဖတ္မ်ားျဖင့္ အလြန္ယားယံေစျပီး
ေနရထိုင္ရခက္ေစပါတယ္။
ေအာက္ပါနည္းလမ္းေလးေတြကို ျပုလုပ္ျကည့္ပါ။လုပ္ရတာ လြယ္သေလာက္ ထိေရာက္မႈလည္း ရွိတာ ေတြ့ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။
(1) ရွာလကာရည္ (သို့မဟုတ္) ဗင္နီဂါ
ရွာလကာရည္္က ဦးေရျပားေပၚရွိဆဲလ္အေသေတြက ိုဖယ္ရွားေပးျပီး ယားယံျခင္းကို သက္သာေစပါတယ္။ရွာလကာရည္နဲ ့ ေရေအးတိ႔ု ့ဆတူေရာ၍ (ဒါမွ ့မဟုတ္) ရွာလကာရည္ အနည္းငယ့္ထည့္ျပီး ဦးေရျပားအႏွ့ံ ႏိွပ္နယ္လိမ္းက်ံေပးပါ။ နာရီဝက္ခန့္အၾကာ ေရျဖင့္ေလာင္းေလွ်ာက္ျပီးေန ာက္၊ ပံုမွန္သံုးေနက် ရွမ္ပူျဖင့္စင္ေအာင္ေလွ်ာ္ေပးပါ။
(2) မုန္႔ဖုတ္ေဆာ္ဒါ(baking soda)
မုန္႔ဖုတ္ေဆာ္ဒါက ေခါင္းေပၚက
မႈိမ်ားကိုေသေစႏို္င္ပါတယ္္။ ေခါင္းတစ္ခုလံုးကိုေရစြတ္ၿပီး လက္တစ္ဆုပ္စာမုန႔္ ဖုတ္ေဆာ္ဒါမႈန္ ့ျဖင့္ ဦးေရျပားထိေရာက္ေအာင္ အားရပါးရပြတ္တိုက္ျပီး၊ ေရျဖင့္စင္စင္ေလွ်ာ္ခ်ေပးပါ။(မည္သည့္ရွမ္ပူကိုမွ် မသံုးပဲ၊ေရျဖင့္သာေလွ်ာ္ပါ) တစ္ပတ္လွွ်င္ ၂ၾကိမ္/ ၃ၾကိမ္မွ်ေလွ်ာ္ပါ။ ေလွ်ာ္ျပီးကာစတြင္ ဆံသားမ်ားေျခာက္ကပ္ေနေသာ္လည္း ရက္အနည္းငယ္ၾကာတဲ့အခါ ဆံသားမ်ားပံုမွန္အတိုင္းစို ေျပ၍ပိုမိုႏူးညံံ့လာကာ ေဗာက္မ်ား ကင္းစင္သြားမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
(3)Listerine(mouthwash)
Listerine(ေခၚ)ခံတြင္းသန္႔ေဆးကလည္း ေဗာက္မ်ားကို ေသေစႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ကိုယ္ိေလွွ်ာ္ေနက် ေခါင္းေလွ်ာ္ေရသံုးျပီးတိုင္း ခံတြင္းသန႔္ ့စင္ရည္ျဖင့္ ေလွွ်ာ္ခ်ေပးပါ။
(4)Aspirin
ပဋိဇီစေဆးတစ္မ်ိဳးျဖစ္တဲ့ Aspirin (ေခၚ) ဖ်ားနာကိုက္ခဲေပ်ာက္ေဆးထဲမွာ Salicylic အက္ဆစ္ပမာဏ အေျမာက္အမ်ားပါဝင္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီအက္ဆစ္ဓာတ္ဟာ ေဗာက္မ်ားကိုေသေစႏိုင္စြြမ္းရွိလို ့ ေဗာက္ေပ်ာက္ရွမ္ပူေတြမွာ ထည့္သြင္း အသံုးျပဳျကပါတယ္။အက္စပရင္ေဆး ၂-ျပားကို အမႈန္ ့ႀကိတ္ျပီး ကိုယ္ိႏွစ္သက္ရာရွမ္ပူျဖင့္သမ ေအာင္ေရာေမႊျပီး တစ္ေခါင္းလံုးအႏွံ့ လိမ္းက်ံ၍ႏွပ္ထားေပးပါ။ ၂-မိနစ္အၾကာမွာ ပံုမွန္ေခါင္းေလွွ်ာ္သကဲ့သိ ု ့ေလွ်ာ္ေပးရံုပါဘဲ။
