After a series of acts of terror that took place in various parts of Indonesia, ISIS issued the 10th edition of Al Fatihin bulletin. The Indonesian bulletin is spread in digital form in WhatsApp message since Monday (14/5)

In the edition, ISIS claims the terrorist attacks in Indonesia are jihad actions against governments that do not apply Islamic law or are labeled toghut.

From the information gathered, Al Fatihin's bulletin has been published since June 2016. Its content is about a number of attacks ISIS struggle in a number of Middle Eastern countries, Europe, and Asia. The bulletin is rumored to be spread among Jamaat Ansharut Daulah (JAD) in Indonesia.

Al-Fatihin, the 10th edition, called the riot at Mako Brimob Depok Kelapa Dua as an act of release of ISIS members from the shackles of toghut. Then on page eleven, the bulletin contains a photo of Ustad Bachtiar Nasir (UBN). Former Chairman of the GNPF MUI was considered an apostate scholar in Indonesia.

"Apostate masters of weeping for the infidels who perish," wrote the editor of Al Fatihin under UBN's photo.

Then it is also explained that the apostate scholars are those who call the ummah to the gaping door and corrupt the Muslims. It is linked again with UBN photos.

"They have lied in the religion and slandered the bearers of jihad and the salihin, they are targets of syar'i attacks, they have no covenant or salvation, and must be fought," wrote the bulletin.
