The recipe uses "bunu kukus coconut milk" but the coconut milk is replaced with soale milk for the avocado blender.

Material:
250 g wheat flour
200 gr refined sugar (if want more sweet n easy inget yha plus 250gr)
200 ml of avocado juice (take 100 s / d 125gr avocado fruit is quite ripe, blend with 200ml liquid milk, excess juicenya added sugars n drunk deh hehehe)
3 medium eggs
1 tsp Emulsifier
½ tsp of BPDA
Vanilla to taste
Green dye sufficiently
Mocca paste and black forrest pasta (mixed) to accent color
How to make:
Heat the steamer with a large fire with a napkin cover so that the water steamer does not fall to the dough at the time of steaming.
Beat the sugar and eggs until half expands, insert the emulsifier. Beat again until the sugar dissolves and the dough thickens.
Add 1/3 of wheat flour which has been sifted along with its BPDA while continuously shuffled, add avocado juice.
Alternately enter the alternating hose flour and juice, the last flour * This cheat way if make dough cake hehe, ngaruh not yha ... mbuh deh *
Enter vanilla and dye, shake briefly then turn off the microser.
Take some dough in a small bowl, give mocca flavor and black forrest, stirring until blended, put in a small syrup bag, cut the ends. Ready to use for accent color.
The remaining dough put in a large syringe bag, cut the ends. Ready to use.
Prepare steamed bunu moldings that have been covered with paper prints, pour the dough ¾ base, fill with a little mocca-brown dough, cover again with the basic dough.
Reduce the heat to medium, keep the boiling water / turbulent smooth, so the water does not hit the dough.
Enter the dough and steam for 10 minutes
