Blockchain wallet currently doesn’t support ERC 20 tokens

I don’t use blockchain wallet (blockchain.com) to store ERC 20 tokens, because it doesn’t support it. However, the wallet supports ETH. But you can’t be able to transfer or see ERC 20 token in the wallet.  In my opinion, my ether wallet (myetherwallet.com) and metamask wallet are the better options to store ETH and ERC 20 tokens. However, hardware wallet is the best storage option for your cryptocurrency. It is also known as cold storage.

Since, blockchain wallet supports ETH, users think it also supports ERC 20 tokens and by mistake send their tokens to the same ETH address. Don’t worry if you accidentally send your tokens to the same ETH address generated using blockchain.com. You can get private keys from blockchain.com and access your ethereum wallet using myetherwallet.com or Metamask wallet to add your token there.

I just helped a user to resolve the same issue. He accidentally sent the token to the ETH wallet address that he got from blockchain.com. He was not able to locate the token balance and transactions in his blockchain wallet. Then he exported private keys for ethereum wallet from blockchain.com and logged in My Ether Wallet (myetherwallet.com) and add token there. Now the token is visible in the ethereum wallet which is not possible in blockchain.com.  You can get more details here.
