Berenang Baik Untuk Tubuh 🏊‍♀️

Sore ini saya menghabiskan waktu di kolam renang, selepas pulang kerja badan capek dan penat, akhirnya semua itu hilang setelah berada di kolam renang. Berenang adalah kegiatan yang dapat menghilangkan stress akibat kelelahan bekerja serta berenang juga sangat baik untuk kesehatan tubuh seperti jantung dan pernapasan. Selain itu berenang sangat baik untuk melangsingkan tubuh dan menambah ukuran panjang badan bagi yang memiliki tubuh pendek.

Kawan-kawan menyukainya, ayo kita berenang setiap hari agar tubuh selalu fresh.

This afternoon I spent time in the pool, after work from the body tired and tired, finally all was lost after being in the pool. Swimming is an activity that can relieve stress due to fatigue work as well as swimming is also very good for body health such as heart and breathing. In addition it swims very well for slimming the body and increase the size of the body length for those who have short body.

My friends love it, let's swim every day to keep the body fresh.
