That's an eSteem app bug, not Steemit. I've seen it before.

On the blockchain your reputation is stored in so called raw scores.
(Your number is 15,731,506,252)
(Since I've upvoted your post it is 15,942,853,328 now!)

So, to translate this into an easy to understand "human" form, the app needs to do some math.
Probably they calculate the reputation score in two different functions in the app and one of them is wrong.

You can report it to @esteemapp or @good-karma. But I think I just did, by mentioning them;)

The easiest way and without any technical knowledge, you can use the official blockchain explorer for Steem, called Steemd.
