Yabani Semizotu
Bugün bayram sebebiyle köyde anneannemi ziyaret ettik. Gitmişken bahçeleri gezip çiçeklerin, meyve ve sebzelerin fotoğraflarını çektik. Sebzelerin arasında sulandığı için doğal olarak yetişen semizotlarını da gördüm. Bu semizotları ile genellikle buralarda börek dediğimiz gözlemeler yapıyoruz. Yıkanmış taze semizotlarını, keçi çökeleği, soğan ve domates ile karıştırıp hamurun arasına koyup odun ateşinde sacda pişiriyoruz. Oldukça lezzetli oluyorlar. Bulunduğumuz çevrede semizotunun bir diğer adı da “tokmakan”.
