Whether my sleep is normal or not?

Everyone must be need a sleep after their activity during the day. But sometimes, there is a person, can not sleep PERFECTLY and NORMALLY like other people.

Here big 3 kind of sleep disorder:

Insomnia
This disorder make individuals sleep less than they wish (it means that they really want to sleep, but they can't).

There is two major varietis of insomnia.

First, sleep onset insomnia, person have a difficulty falling a sleep at the hour at which they would like, but sleep is normal after it begins.

Second, early-awakening insomnia, person waking up earlier then they want, either several times in the middle of the night or early in the morning.

This disorder cause by stress, anxiety or depression and particularly common individuals with little education and lower income.

Narcolepsy
Person who have narcolepsy called narcoleptic. Narcoleptic often unexpectedly fall into deep sleep in the middle of work or even during conversation with others, especially when upset or stressed.

This disorder occurs in person whe got not enough sleep.

Sleep Apnea
Is the sudden, temporary interruption of breathing during sleep, sometimes occuring for 10 to 20 seconds at a time, hundreds of times per night.

Sleep apnea can lead to serious medical problems like tiredness, irritability, impaired cognituve functioning and falling asleep while driving.
