Participatory approach to agricultural extension

In the pastoral approach of extension workers is not very proactive but they are farmers who must be proactive because here they are given new information and innovation about how to do a good farming such as the application of legowo row planting pattern that the farmers have not so understand about legowo parallel planting pattern.
