Nagan Raya district is located in the western part of Aceh, approximately 5-6 hours by road from Banda Aceh or 1 hour air travel from Kuala Namu Airport North Sumatra destination Cut Nyak Dhien Nagan Raya Airport. Nagan Raya is one of the districts in Aceh which is the result of the division of West Aceh regency.

3 years is the age of this district in 2015. Not a few achievements that have been done even though the age of nagan raya district is still relatively young. The government is also intensively promoting a number of tourist attractions in Nagan Raya to be enjoyed by residents and visitors of this district. No exception tourist attractions in the coastal area was also developed.

Is Pantai Indah Naga Permai, one of the beaches in Nagan Raya, which is crowded by people. Not only the people of Nagan Raya, but also visited by the people of West Aceh, Aceh Barat Daya also South Aceh because of its strategic location in the middle of the three districts above. This beach is located in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya District.

It is only about 4 Km from Cut Nyak Dhien Nagan Raya Airport and also its position close to Nagan Raya Steam Power Plant (PLTU).

To get to the beach is not so difficult. If traveling by land transportation from Banda Aceh City, you will walk the streets of Banda Aceh Meulaboh through the south west route. Along the highway you are guaranteed not to be bored because you will see the panoramas are soothing eye.

On both sides of the road there is a stretch of beautiful rice field. Also you will see the weeds that sway following the wind. Not to mention the stunning beaches in Aceh Jaya also accompany your trip.

Arriving at Meulaboh City, you just pass Meulaboh - Medan road to this beach. Once you enter Nagan Raya area you will find PLTU. This beach location is not too far from the plant. You will find a welcome gate that is on the right side of the road. Enter through the gate, just a few meters you will arrive at Pantai Indah Naga Permai this. Take it easy, there are no dragons on this beach.

This beach has a typical beach charm in Aceh Barat in general. Black sand, probably because it is in the mining area, clear sea water and rows of pine trees adorn the beach area.
