Suppose you are currently in a transitional phase, like a larva that is in the process of forming a cocoon. In this cocoon phase, you really should be able to fight and survive.
To be a better and beautiful figure, you have to go through the process as a cocoon. This cocoon phase can take place with varying time. Can be in a matter of weeks, months, even up to yearly.
In this phase, you are being prepared for a major change. The larval cells begin to change to form wings, feet, eyes, and other body parts. Do not think the energy needed is small, the energy to be perfect is very large. And, you have no choice but to survive and fight.
