Islam declares that adultery is a matter and a bad deed, Islam takes away humanity from it and encourages it to refrain from this passion.

Third: Islam commands the wali to facilitate the marriage of their children if they are poor and incapable of giving a living, the word of Allah Subhanahu waTa'ala,

that is to say, "And marry those who are alone among you, and the worthy (married) of your male slaves and your female servants. If they are poor God will enable them with His grace. And Allâh is Great (Giving) yet Knowing. "(Surat an-Nur: 32).

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said, "If the person to whom you are religious and morals propose to you then marry him." (HR at-Tirmidhi)

The jurists say, if the guardians do not help the disenchanted young people, the baitul mall that pays and marries them for marriage as we say is personal and society's need, not worth neglecting.

The Muslim community should help the poor either by giving or opening up employment for them so that they do not live without marriage and that it triggers an epidemic of adultery and automatic disease.

As marriage is a social necessity, it is also one of society's obligations to its members.

Fourth: Let a person expend all his might and ability to get a lawful hala, with which he can endure a marriage. Whoever strives earnestly will undoubtedly get it too late. Someone must work in order to give and not to receive, the hands above are better than the hands down.

Then the delay in marriage and one's feeling that unlawful relationships are haram pushes him seriously and seriously prepares a glorious life, in which he can gain the pleasure of a glorious home life.

That's how we see Islam does not provide a solution for problematics but some solutions for each person to take what he thinks appropriate and fits with the circumstances and conditions. And Allah is the giver of taufik.
