Lailatul Qadar Night - The Most Night Full Blessings

in #esteem7 years ago
A Muslim who loves Allah and His Messenger, there is one night in Ramadan that is sorely missed. That night was called "Lailatul Qadar". Why? Because the night was so special, the night was better than 1,000 months (83 years 3 months).

Where they (Muslims) belief on that night down the Angels led directly by the Angel Gabriel by permission of his Lord. The night is a peaceful night until dawn.

Well, how to reach the primacy of night called "Lailatul Qadar".

Most (the majority of jurists) claim that the privilege of the evening is in the last 10 days of Ramadan, the Ummah of Islam can enjoy it by doing the same at the mosque, especially on the night of the odd month of Ramadan (night 21, 23, 25, 27, and 29 months of Ramadan.

So, who is entitled to get Lailatul Qadar? What kind of person is worthy and entitled to get the primacy of Lailatul Qadar?

Before I answer the question above, let's peel one by one, what is the condition for getting it, the characteristics of the person who has got it, and what are the signs? Some scholars argue that the night of the qadar took place throughout the night, from maghrib to dawn.

Lailatul Qadar night

As for recognizing this Lailatul Qadar night, Messenger of Allah SAW said, '' The night of Lailatul Qadar is clean, not cool, not hot, not cloudy to him, no rain, no wind, no star shining and from his afternoon address rises to the sun and no light to him (gloomy). '' (Muslim).

How do we get Lailatul Qadar?

There are several things that must be done so that we get a Lailatul Qadar night.
1) Straightening Intention

To pick up and get lailatul qadar must be done with the intention that really sincere solely for seeking Allah's pleasure and with really eager to achieve it. Then the first thing we have to do is to straighten the intention merely to get the pleasure of Allah SWT.

"Whoever performs worship on the night of Lailat al-Qadar is based on faith and hope to obtain the pleasure of Allah, his past sins will be forgiven." (Bukhari Muslim)

So, anyone who carries out worship on the night of the Lailatul Qadar with intent solely for wishing the pleasure of Allah, then all his sins in the past will be forgiven by God.

2) Fighting In Worship

After we straighten out the intention to expect the pleasure of Allah solely, then the next thing to do is mujahadah (fighting) in worship.

Fighting here I mean is the same as fasting without doing immoral, reading the Qur'an with understanding mean and living the meaning of the verses of Al-Qur'an and perform tarawih prayer. We must be able to resist all passions, and abandon all immorality. We continue to Fighting (mujahadah) by multiplying worship such as reading Al-Qur'an, berzikir, and other sunnah worship. Mujahadah is really doing worship without doing disobedience.

So to get the blessings of Lailatul Qadar night done with mujahadah in worship to Allah SWT. "Really, beloved Apostle in the last 10 days of the month of Ramadan, performs mujahadah more sincerity than other times." (Muslim).

3) I'tikaf (settled) in the mosque

I'tikaf (settled) in the mosque is also one of the ways to get the night of Lailatul Qadar. Abu Said once told about the i'tikaf of Rasulullah in the mosque which at the time still based on the ground and waterlogged.

"I looked on the forehead of the Messenger of Allah there is the mud on the morning of Ramadan." (Muslim)

4) Fervent In Worship

Worship should be done with solemnity, not much talk, and sleep. We should tear down the tears of forgiveness for the sins we once committed and long for the encounter with God.

5) Ideals and Swear for doing Nasuha's repentance (true repentance)

By acknowledging the many sins we committed during this life in previous years, we should pledge and swear to repentance of nashuha, not to repeat doing the sins again and not to tyrannize and hurt anyone again.

According to my knowledge, that's about what we have to do to pick up the glorious night (beautiful night of Lailat al-Qadar), and get the blessing and pleasing of Allah, and all our sins are forgiven.
