Baked sandwich with mushrooms and cheese
Products:
200 g of fresh mushrooms
4 slices of bread of your choice
oil lump
150 g of yellow cheese
1/2 small onion or 2 stalks of fresh
1 crushed garlic cloves
salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a well-heated pan, melt the butter and stew the onion, garlic and thinly sliced mushrooms. Once the vegetables soften, you can taste them and spread bread on the slices. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and cook in the oven until it melts and grabs the golden crust.
