Salad with broccoli, cauliflower and bacon
Products:
1 broccoli head
1 cauliflower head
10 slices of smoked bacon
¼ cup of chopped red onion
½ cup of raisins
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of sunflower seeds
Preparation:
Place the chopped bacon in a deep pan. Fry it until it becomes golden. Drain off the fat on kitchen paper and leave aside.
In the salad bowl, mix broccoli and cauliflower (chilled) with chopped onions and raisins. Mix vinegar with mayonnaise and sugar. Roll the products with the dressing and mix. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds.
