Bubur sagu mutiara

Bahan-bahan

  • Sejumput garam
  • Santan :
  • 100 gram Sagu mutiara
  • 2 lembar Daun pandan
  • 60 gram Gula pasir (4 sdm munjung)
  • Sedikit garam
  • 400 ml Santan dr 1/2 butir (kurang) kelapa
  • 750 ml Air
  • 2 lembar Daun pandan

Langkah Membuat

  1. Didihkan air & daun pandan, matikan api, langsung masukkan sagu, diamkan smp ngembang ±30 menit
  2. Sambil nunggu ngembang masak santan smp mendidih sambil diaduk spy tidak pecah
  3. Lanjutkan masak bubur, nyalakan api, masak bubur smp matang sambil diaduk ±25 menit. Masukkan gula pasir dan garam, aduk rata smp gula larut, matikan api
