Sup pangsit Udang

Bahan:

Udang kupas cuci bersih cincang kasar
Tepung maizena
Minyak wijen
Bawang putih parut
Jahe parut
Garam dan merica
Kulit pangsit siap pakai

Cara membuat:

Campur smua bahan kecuali kulit pangsit aduk rata...bungkus dan sisihkan...rebus kulit dan kepala udang tambahkan bawang putih geprek dan jahe iris tipis..biarkan mendidih saring buang kulit n kepala pangsit...masukan pangsit udang ke air rebusan kulit udang masak smp matang...taburin daun bawang...
