best coin to buy july 24 -help and discussion

I have been looking into cryptocurrency for a few months now I jumped in at the beginning of the craze in early may and bought some ethereum and litecoin. I found litecoin seems to be a fairly stable coin in this market but ethereum has caused some me some anxiety with the massive volatility in the price.

I have been doing my own research and have found some coins that I have diversified in but would like some more. I have coins in ethereum, Steem (duh), litecoin, sia coin, golem, and a few antshares (soon to be neo).

I am in the united states and have found a few coins that look tempting that I want to invest in but I'm not to sure how to get them. I want to get some coins for district 0x as it looks seriously promising to me, eos, and maybe decred. I would like some guidance into when and how is the best time and place to buy some of these coins in the usand if anyone knows of any promising crypto please leave a comment below and upvote and follow me to see how my adventure into crypto goes.
