How To Buy CPY Tokens During the Copytrack ICO.
Buying Into an ICO or Tokensale Can Be Intimidating But I Am Going to Take You Through the Process.
Step1 - The Copytrack Whitelist Process.
Not all Tokensales make you whitelist but Copytrack thought it was the best thing to do for their project. They also do not allow buyers from the USA.
A. Go to Copytrack.io
B. Click on Buy Tokens and You will see this. Copy and paste your My Ether Wallet address and submit.
C. You will receive an email from Copytrack verifying that you are Whitelisted. The email will come from [email protected] .
Step 2 - Sending Ether to the Copytrack Address.
A. Once You Receive the Whitelist verifying email you can go to https://www.copytrack.io.
B. Click on Buy Tokens.
C. A Box will pop up saying your Ethereum address is Whitelisted.
D. Click on Buy Tokens. The box below will pop up. Put in how many Ethereum worth of CPY (Copytrack) tokens you would like to purchase. At the time of this post there was a discount of 52%.
E. Go to My Ether Wallet and complete the transaction. Make sure to use the recommended Gas to send the Ether.
F. Copy the Ethreum transaction address and save it somewhere just in case you need to verify in the future.
G. Now wait for the transaction to process.
Step 3 - Add Your CPY Tokens to Your MEW (My Ether Wallet).
A. On the bottom right side of MEW click on Add Custom Token.
B. Now add the Contract address: 0xf44745fbd41f6a1ba151df190db0564c5fcc4410
Symbol: CPY
Decimals: 18
since if have some sparemoney of my steemitearnings lately I just might try an ico for once :)
