Ethereum Tracking Bitcoin's Price Movements (one cycle behind)

The chart says it all. The price action of ETH in its first bull cycle nearly matched BTC's tick for tick, especially on the move up. The question now is, "will it track as closely on this second bull cycle" (for ETH, compared to BTC's second bull cycle)?

If it does, then we can expect approximately a $20K ETH before the next bear market ensues.
