PSA: Scam Email about ERC20 Tokens at Coinbase
Indeed they will add them at some point and ive spoke of that some time ago. Yet its not right now and not this way.
Here is the scam email
Notice it even links to official ann that erc20 will be supported, but if you click the link you will end up at www-colnbase.com/tokens/import
It was reported many times so hopefully is down now but there may be smarter redirects later.

Never trust links in emails, always check website urls and SSLs to be proper.

It looks really a stupid scam email.
Always good to double and triple check. There are a bunch of scammers out there and it is up to each person to be responsible with their money. Crypto has a certain aire of self reliance that I really like; you are responsible for you and if you mess up, you lose out. This is the kind of self reliability not seen these days.
