I'm throwing my 30MH/s in the Ethereum mining ring
I decided to become a small time Ethereum miner while I still can. Even though I eagerly await the switch to Pos for Ethereum I thought I would give mining a try. Between my 2 computers I have a total of roughly 30MH/s available and I receive a discounted rate on my electricity currently.
According to Genesis Mining this should result in ~0.12 ETH per month when mining on a pool.
When factoring in power cost, anywhere from 0.03 - 0.05 ETH per month need to be deducted from that equation. At current Ethereum prices this should result in a monthly profit of about 60 - 70 $US.
Let us know how it works out for you.
So far so good. I'm expecting the first payout in about 25-26 days.
I'll be following to see how it goes.
