Transaction time eur-btc

I'm looking at cryptocurrencies for a near future investment, but i see that there is a lot of volatility on those coins and tokens.... so its important the time needed to buy the crypto! How much time is needed for the transaction EUR-BTC?

Better if you specify which exchange also.
