London Youth Development Summit 2018

Ladies and Gents, I greet you all!

Initiated by the youth for the youth, as some of you may already know, The St Lawrence Academy Schools and Colleges, St. Lawrence University-SLAU Alumni Association in the United Kingdom has over the past few years held Creative annual Youth Development Summits.

Are you or more still, do you know of anyone making a difference in your | his | her | their community? To fit within the scope of the up-coming October summit, the Association is welcoming applications for the Youth Development Summit 2018.

To be eligible, applicants should please note the following;

  1. We are looking for the most inspiring, community activists, determined, enthusiastic, innovative youth entrepreneurs, volunteers and campaigners who by the virtue of their work, make a vividly sacrificial difference in their respective communities.

  2. Applicants must be in possession of a passport with a validity of at-least 6 months.

  3. Applicants may be current | Old students or even Associates of St. Lawrence.

  4. Applicants may be from any country or region.

  5. Applicants should provide evidence of interest or experience in one or more of their areas of expertise. As such, applicants are required to include a two- minute video describing their motivation and their efforts to bring about a positive change in their respective communities.

  6. Applicants should arrange for the submission of at least one letter of support for individual applications.

  7. Applicants may supply letters of recommendation from their respective employers, academic or research institutions, organisations, other professional persons familiar with your work. The above can be emailed to [email protected] or inbox this page.

  8. All applications shall receive consideration and will not be discriminated against with regard to anyone's background or affiliation.
