Some design comments:

• Is your exchange live? I don't like not being able to see markets before I sign up for it.
• Calling your site an altcoin exchange is self-limiting and the term altcoin is becoming irrelevant now that there have been real developments in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space.
• For the language option buttons, I would spell out Português and English instead of using the cryptic abbreviations.
• There are some translation issues in many places.
• Instead of "Dummie" I'd say use "Easy" and after "Expert" say "For the pros" instead of "insane"
• Nice graphics and design on the front page overall. If there are live markets you should be linking to them prominently on the front page though.

Lastly, take it to heart that security and proper procedures are paramount to running a trustworthy and successful cryptocurrency exchange. Many exchanges have bit the dust because they didn't have proper hot and cold wallet procedures.
