Hahaha, to be fair... 18 degrees still sounds cold to me... but it was way too hot for me to run in anything other than t-shirt and shorts.
Luckily I've got total insider information that I shouldn't have... that suggests I might be the only one going for this role... which means if I don't get it then they would prefer no one over me... but it's also not a job I've ever done before, so that actually does seem fair.
