Experience matters!!

in #experience7 years ago

Let's take the case of an average Indian farmer, he farms he eats he live, yes in India the life of a farmer only comprises of these three things- farm - eat - live. But underneath he doesn't realize the complexity of the problem he's been solving for years. The calculation of the weather i.e. when to harvest when to farm, the amount of water levels and all the other stuff he carries out is done perfectly. Even a Master degree or a PhD holder won't be able to do these as efficiently as a farmer though he might have more knowledge and research statistics.

My point of view is that experience matters comes first, and then comes knowledge. I know without knowledge or degree no one's going to listen to you or no one's going to pay heed to your advises. But during some research purposes or some field survey the scholars having much statistics and research data still relies on the farmers of a particular area.

Simply a thought ---

If this makes no sense just ignore it !!!

Good Morning.
