Our eyes

Our sense organs (Eyes, Ears, Nose, Tongue, Skin) serve us windows to the outside world. Especially our Eyes are plays very very important role in our body. Our Eyes are the first and foremost organ of reveal emotions in our body. Eyes are collecting information from the outside world and send it to the brain through nerves. The brain receives the information and order for action. If we damaged or lost our Eyes, we must lose half of our life.

The eyes

• The eyes are the organs of sight

• They are safely placed in a bony socket

• The eyelids and eyelashes protect the eyes from the dust particles and injuries

Care of eyes

• We must wash our eyes with cold water every day

• We must not read in dim light

• We must not look at dazzling light

• While reading and writing, we must keep the materials at a proper distance from our eyes

• Do not rup your eyes when dust particles fall into it

• Watching TV or playing video games for long hours causes damage to our eyes

• Do not apply any medicine to your eyes without medical advice.

• Eating green vegetable, carrot and dairy products which contain Vitamin A. This vitamin is necessary or good vision.
