New initiative to prevent piracy on Facebook
Social Networks Facebook has different types of copyrighted content, including pirated movies in different groups. But Facebook's automated software is in most cases a plan to get help from another company acquiring, due to piracy failure. Business Insider said that the company named Source 3 will help Facebook in this work.
Currently there are several groups of Facebook where there are millions of members. The names of these groups include full HD movies, full free movie downloads, etc. But in most cases, these groups can not take any action against the social network. For this reason, a Facebook spokesman said that until the content owner of the content is not complaining, the removal of this content does not fall in the responsibility of Facebook.
Last year, the source started acquiring three startups, Facebook to stop the spread of pirated content. This organization has experienced expert on copyright issues. The employees of this organization will decide on the contents of the copyright violation to remove any content from Facebook.
Note that Facebook's latest Transparency Report found that, in the second half of 2017, about 2.7 million users were removed from the platform, based on the copyright complaint alleging 2.8 million content were removed.
