First Nasty Legal Letters sent to Facebook & Google this week!

in #facebook6 years ago

So this week we sent out the first nasty legal letters to Facebook & Google regarding the Class Action Lawsuit against them over the Crypto Ad Ban.

The purpose of these letter are 4 fold:

  1. to notify them of our claim;
  2. to put them on notice not to destroy relevant evidence;
  3. to explore whether they are interested in an early settlement;
  4. to satisfy Court rules requiring attempts at resolution before filing the actual lawsuit.

You might be wondering why we didn't do this earlier, after all we have had the case well prepared for a while now.

The answer is we were waiting for the total amount of class member signups to get close the the $100 Million level.

This is a $400 Billion claim, so there was not point in talking about settlement until we had a really serious amount of claim signed up.

This is because only those people who have signed up to the Class Action will be able to participate in any early (pre-Court) settlement.
We can only claim for those people we represent.

So if you haven't signed up yet, you really need to do so NOW.
Simply send an encrypted Steem memo to @jpbliberty saying “Join Crypto Class Action. My [email/Telegram] is [xxxx]”
or use the web form.
