References are absolutely required on Steem. To not include them is to invite flags (which, according to your rep level of only 2, has happened quite a bit already.) Also, be aware that using not-paid-for Shutterstock pictures isn't really kosher either. Use Pixabay or some other genuinely free photo source - or pay for a Shutterstock membership.

Also, spamming other people's posts with your links - and without meaningful comments as well - is very bad form - and unlikely to win you many followers.
