you dont want to skip breakfast in the morning
why?....Have you ever heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day?..well its true, in fact missing breakfast is like missing your share of nutrients for the day. Its not very healthy to miss breakfast for the day... missing breakfast also cause loss of weight abnormally ... So if you are so skinny your wondering where did it go wrong, eat a healthy breakfast and see for your self, you might just be surprised at what will happen.
