My first post..

Have you ever worked in a busy retail enviornment before? I work at what you would call a destination spot for travelers and shoppers. The reoccuring thought in my head while i am there, is that if i were off this would be the last place i would be spending my day. It amazes me that people find such pleasure in spending money and time shopping for clothes. It can be a beautiful sunny day outside and people choose to waste it buying more stuff. Families look miserable as their kids are etheir whining, running around or crying. Most kids are in a screen zoned off, so their parents can continue to spend,spend, spend. What better time would be spent, making memories outdoors doing simple but meaningful things. Instead People ravage through the store making mess after mess. So before you choose to spend the day at the mall, pack a picnic lunch and take your family to the park. What do you like to do that is free or mostly free and fun when you spend time with your family?
