The award should have been greater, and if not 'promptly' complied with...responsible culprits should be hogtied, dragged into the brush and left there. Of course they should be fired from there jobs first...in case they survive and report back into their jobs at the County Offices...
Oh yeah...how about suing the County as well, or bringing other charges against 'those' individuals?
Just thinking out loud...perhaps I'm just to harsh on predatory beasts...???
I love the sentiment. Unfortunately, they probably singed a release at the time of the agreement for the $127K.
Yes...they probably 'did' sign a release. I was probably only 'venting' anyway :>)
