What can you do if Child Protective Services visits your home - Know your rights!

You sit at home all cosy while you are watching some Television and you hear that knock on the door. It is as if they all have the same knock. Here is what to do when the CPS visits your home.

  • So when you get that knock on the door, and believe me you will know when they knock on your door, is to ask them "am I being accused of a crime and if I am being accused of a crime, who is the accuser ?"

Remember you have the right to not answer the door anyway, but when they catch you off guard or something ask them this question first because they have to answer that question. CPS officers are a bit different from the cops because they do not have that good lying capability that the cops posses, so you will get a fairly truthful answer in most cases. They will probably tell you we've got a 911 call or we're just doing some routine neighborhood investigations.

Believe me when you talk to a government official, nothing is routine and nothing is not a big deal, even though they will probably tell you it's not a big deal. When you talk to a government official, it's a big deal because your freedom or your child's freedom are at stake. When you find them at your door they have a reason to be there or they suspect that there might be a reason for being there. It could also be because of a bad neighbor or a angry friend, it is that bad.

When you ask them if you are being accused of a crime and they say "no, it's just routine" or something like that, ask for any paperwork they have that require you to get involve in this investigation. There is a difference between being investigated for a crime and being investigated for negligence. It's a big difference! When we talk about investigating for negligence, they have to walk away if you ask the correct questions and when they investigate you for a crime they have to have evidence. If it is negligence you can answer the following "I'm sorry, I don't want to answer any questions, I don't want to be involved in this. I want to contact my attorney."

Always say that sentence. That sentence give you some sort of edge over them. If you already answered some questions and the CPS agent ask you a leading or discovery question, you say "I'm gonna take the fifth, I'm gonna use my right to silence. I don't want to incriminate myself."

Remember these CPS agents are sneaky, when you answer questions and they get the type of answer they want, they will use it against you in the court. When you want to seek counsel they do not have a leg to stand on. If you don't have money to pay for an attorney, you can get free legal advice when it comes to children custody. There are people who wants to protect children against the government so you don't have an excuse, get legal help! They will probably check you out first to see if you are worth fighting for, and believe me they will fight for you.

Sometimes when they can't get their way, if you are too smart for them they will come again with cops, or maybe even a judge's order. There are two types of order's, you get an investigation order and then you get a search warrant. An investigation order do not give them the right to enter your home. A lot of people get scared by this because here this CPS agent stands outside my house with the cops behind him and a investigation order in his hand. Do not be fooled by this you have the right to refuse entry to your home. They can investigate you, but be smart and ask for your attorney to be present.

Former CPS Investigator Exposes CPS's Tactics, Kidnapping, and Corruption

"My name is Carlos Wallace, I worked for Child Protective Services in San Antonio Texas from February 2012 to March 2013 and I'm guilty, guilty of what many others Americans are guilty of which is believing that an agency even though it's committed atrocity after atrocity has the best interest of children and families in mind. I'm guilty of working for an agency that has hampered freedom repeatedly, that has done things that is so unconstitutional that it would make the DEA blush. I'm guilty of working for an agency that is promoting the drug war in a way again that would make the DEA blush, because we've removed children for the faults of their parents but those faults are them smoking pot while they were in high school. I'm guilty of working for an agency that has thrown children in foster homes that has kidnapped children and throw them in foster homes where they are six times more likely to die than in abusive homes. I'm guilty of working for Child Protective Services, within CPS we, we hurt we did not help, we did what Adolf Hitler always spoke of which is to take control of children because by doing so you take control of the future. Following the Prussian system the United States took over children, first their public education, but now they do it to the state ownership of children because within the United States the parent does not own the child, the state does."

Lets not forget about the money CPS makes off taking your kids!

Adopting out a child makes them between $5000 and $8000 per adopted child. Its literally a multi billion business…

Yes this is all true they are trained to trip you up. They are all money making societies & they want your child in that system as a slave & compliant to making them more money. The care of the child is not what they are concerned about. @originalworks

This sounds horrible :O Didn't know something like this is happening!

Yep, and it's happening all over the world not just in the United States.

its happening almost everywhere. im in europe, and it doesnt happen here yet. but neighboring countries have it already. not such retarded like US ones, or such free to harass people, but still state thugs.
Its related to fulfilling EU reforms. Countries who followed EU directions got fucked up more than countries who ignored them. Still, its a paradise compared to whats described in article^

That's even more terrifying! Although I don't have children right now I find it cruel to do such things!!!

You should know the rights of your children otherwise you may get a high penalty.

nice post.you look so very helpless. may Allah/god help you.all the best.
